Leadership skills do not necessarily come naturally to everyone – the growth is essential. This international Youth Exchange created non-formal learning environment and provided unique opportunity to the youth to gain and share international experience and knowledge. The project gave to each of the participants enough space to frame, promote, develop and practice key skills of leaders: critical thinking, creativity and entrepreneurship, communication skills, time-management, problem resolution, persuasion skills, flexibility and adaptability, multitasking and ability to delegate responsibilities, to evaluate different situations objectively, motivate others and themselves through introducing and spreading the standards and methods of non-formal challenging learning.
