Workshop on the topic of “E-mail/Gmail” took place for elderlies by our volunteers at Wijkcentrum Alleman, Amstelveen. The target group has learned how to open their own emails, to send and receive letters and files. They all were happy with the outcomes.

Within this Solidarity project our initiative volunteers cooperate with our trustful partner - community center in Amstelveen “Participe Amstelland”. Because “Participe Amstelland” works with vulnerable groups of elderlies, they are allowed to carry out activities for elderlies in small groups and under strict COVID regulations. Our volunteers followed all the COVID-19 measures: they disinfected the conference room before and after the workshop, were actively using hand disinfection gel during the workshop, were wearing face masks.
This great and very actual project is some kind of response to COVID-19 and the daily issues it makes elderlies to face. This Solidarity project aims to help elderlies to integrate in today’s digital environment and lifestyle.
