Training on Talent-Oriented Leadership

Bright Future, in cooperation with LSpace, organized a training session on talent-oriented management and positive leadership.

Based on the work of Belgian talent expert Luk Dewulf, the training explored how leaders can recognise and develop the natural talents of employees while maintaining clear expectations, accountability, and a strong focus on results.

A central question was: “What is already present in people that we are not yet using enough?”

Participants explored how strong teams are built not by making everyone the same, but by recognising different and complementary talents. The session also highlighted that positive leadership does not mean lowering expectations. It means combining clear direction and responsibility with constructive feedback, trust, and recognition of individual strengths.

Through this training, Bright Future and L Space contributed to promoting a more positive, people-oriented, and effective approach to leadership and organisational development.
