What is the Circl Program?
In Circl’s 'Leader as Coach' program, young people (18–24 years old) from underrepresented backgrounds learn coaching skills, alongside managers from leading organizations. Every meeting is online and in English.
What does it offer young people?
An accredited coaching qualification at no cost
Skills in coaching, communication, and self-confidence
Access to a valuable professional network with top companies
A 12-week program (1–2 hours per week, via Zoom)
Start date in early November
Admission after a short and informal introduction with a Circl team member
The only requirements are a laptop and a stable internet connection
