Has the goal of the project been achieved?

THIRZA:"Yes, the goal of making a business plan together has been achieved! That was so much fun to work with all the different peoples with different backgrounds and cultures. Together we have set up our own business".

What is the biggest learning point? What do you take with you and how will you apply it?

THIRZA:"My biggest learning point was to work as a team and to make every person participating in the team feel worthy and to make them feel comfortable to say something in the group".

How did the Youth Exchange help you and what are you going to do with the learned skills?

THIRZA:"It helped me to learn more about different rules and opportunities in other European countries. After the summer I am going to do a new study about business, so this was a great start and base to get to know a bit about international business".

How were the practical and logistical matters arranged?

THIRZA:"Everything was very comfortable. The food was on standard times, was very healthy and really Polish. The hotel was good. Sometimes the schedule was not very clear. For example the day started later and we heard that on the day itself. Also the participants used their phones a lot. Which was sometimes a little bit annoying".

Other matters/documents you want to report.

THIRZA:"The group became really close and every person was part of it. The environment was really positive, polite and respectful to each other. You could have been yourself without being judged".

REFAIE, NL Participant

(Video about REFAIE HERE)

What is the biggest learning point? What do you take with you and how will you apply it?

REFAIE:"During the project I learned a lot about the participants' different cultures and languages: how to respect one another even though we might not understand each other fully. Building long and short term friendship, that may be useful in the future, benefited me a lot. Most of all having people in different countries around the world where you could meet and reignite friendship if your paths cross again".

How did the Youth Exchange help you and what are you going to do with the learned skills?

REFAIE:"It taught us what to consider when starting our own businesses such as your key partners and the types of resources that would be needed when manufacturing a product".

How were the practical and logistical matters arranged?

REFAIE:"They were arranged perfectly: everything that had been stated in the InfoPack was delivered in an organized fashion".

Other matters/documents you want to report.

REFAIE:"The project was overall well organized and any issues were dealt with immediately. Everyone was comfortable and enjoying their time together".

RAMY, NL Participant
